Mail amp Guardian: Trevor Noah to replace Jon Stewart as host of ‘The Daily Show’… aIt’s the break that most comedians can only dream of… South African comedian Trevor Noah is to be the new host of Entertainment News in the US and is replacing comedian and political satirist Jon Stewart as the host of late-night talk and news satire television programme ‘The Daily Show’.

Stewart is standing down after 15 years as host. He’s reported as saying that he wants to spend more time with his family, whom he understands are ‘quite nice people’.

He will be a tough act to follow…
