Guide to the best ever concert experience
Before the concert
If you have not collected your tickets at a store yet, please collect before Wednesday this week, we expect long queues at the Money Markets from Thursday because it is the end of the month. The credit card holder in person must present the credit card used for the booking plus an ID document when collecting tickets.
There is no ticket collection facility at the venue, so please ensure both your parking and concert tickets are printed before you leave for the venue
If you have already printed your tickets, take them out and make sure it is not faded. The following must be clearly visiblemdashconcert date, gate, block, row and seat, barcode and your name. If any of this information is slightly unclear, please get to your nearest store and request a re-print.
Once you have collected your tickets, do not keep it in a handbag or place close to perfume or heat ndash for example the cabby hole of your car. Your tickets are burned on thermal paper and can be damaged by heat and g perfume.
If you cannot find your tickets or it was stolen, lost or damaged, please contact us immediately on 0861 915 8000. If you wait until the concert day, we cannot help you. If the credit card that you used for the booking is lost, stolen or expired, also call us before Wednesday this week to assist.
If you have selected the option PAH PRINT AT HOME, remember every ticket prints on its own A4 paper. So if you bought 4 tickets, you should have 4 A4 tickets because every ticket will be scanned individually at the turn stalls and has an individual bar code printed on it. Please make sure that the quality of your home print ticket is excellent because if any word or digit did not print clearly, you will not be able to enter through the turn stalls. Set the language on your PDF download to English to ensure your tickets print in English and from the latest Adobe version.
On concert day
Do not come to the stadium before 10h00 on the day of the concert, do not plan to camp at the venue the night before the concert. Campers and fans will be removed from the premises because the various security teams need to do a sweep through the stadium and surrounding areas. If you are removed from the stadium and stadium parameter, your chances of getting a spot closer to the stage will be zero. MAKE SURE YOU GET TO THE VENUE BY 10H00 ON CONCERT DAY, NOT EARLIER.
Look at the date on your ticket, tickets for Saturday will not be allowed into the stadium for the Sunday concert and tickets for Sunday will not enter the Saturday concert.
When you walk to the stadium, look at your gate of entry. If you go to any other gate than the gate on your ticket, you will be requested to walk to the correct gate. Keep in mind that you will enter on different sides of the stadium if you have Golden Circle EAST tickets and on another side of the stadium if you have Golden Circle WEST tickets. The two areas are separated and fans must go to the area as per their ticket. This also applies to seated and standing tickets ndash both have different gates of entry at the stadium.
Wear shoes without heals flat comfortable shoes because you will shuffle through the turn stalls and will walk quite a distance over grass and gravel from the parking areas to the gate of entry.
When going through the turn stalls, take off any back packs that will prohibit your movement through the turn stalls that can accommodate one person at a time.
All flags and banners of any size must be detached from sticks poles. Before entering the venue all banners and flags will be quickly checked and will be refused if it contains any profanity or inappropriate wording.
Passouts will NOT be issued for this concert, once inside you cannot come out and go back again.
All fans attending the concerts that are younger than 14 years must be accompanied by a parentlegal guardian (Over 18 years).
NO ONE UNDER 13 YEARS OLD OR SHORTER THAN 1.2 METRES WILL BE PERMITTED ONTO THE FIELD, NOT EVEN IF THEY ARE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
No cameras, recorders, tablets, laser pointers, umbrellas and motor bike helmets will be allowed into the stadium .These items will be confiscated and left outside the stadium parameters for collection later ndash at your own risk. If it rains, rather have a rain coat at hand.
No food or drinks may be brought into the Stadium, cooler boxes and food will be confiscated and left outside the stadium parameters for collection later ndash at your own risk. A variety of vendors will be selling fast food and drinks.Write your telephone number on your child’s arm. At every concert, children are separated from their party and it will be easy to try and get hold of a parent when your contact details are “at hand”.
