EZIBELENI – Chris Hani Acting District Commissioner, Brigadier Zuziwe Magqashela has welcomed the sentence handed down by Cacadu Regional Court to a 29-year-old stepfather on Monday 28 March 2022 after he was convicted of raping his stepdaughter during December 2017

Detective Sgt Vuyo Nyaka attached to Chris Hani Family Violence and Protection Unit (FCS) was tasked to investigate the incident due to his determination and hard work and he swiftly apprehended the suspect.

Accused Loyiso Peter was sentenced to 18 years imprisonment.
