NORTHERN CAPE – The SAPS Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences unit are investigating an alleged rape that took place at a High School in Kagisho, Kimberley. The 17-year-old female scholar alleges that on 07 March 2020 about 14:00, she went to the bathroom after the dismissal of school. The unknown male suspect forced open the door, choked and raped her.
A formal case was made at Kagisho SAPS on 20 July 2020 and police are requesting assistance in the search of a male similar to the Identity Kit.
