The Alfa Romeo Owners Club (Kenya) has accepted an invitation to send a delegation to the National Convention of Alfa Romeo Clubs in South Africa which will be held in Cape Town over Easter.

The Kenya delegation for the three day event consists of club chairman Bob Dewar, Peter Wanday, the vice chairman and Shailesh Chandaria, the treasurer who aim to strengthen links with theSouth Africans and promote the CBA Africa Concours d’Elegance. The highlight owill be a Concours d’Elegance in the grounds of the famous Franschhoek Motor Museum. This will provide an ideal opportunity to invite Alfa Romeo enthusiasts from South Africa to contest the forthcoming CBA Concours at the Nairobi Racecourse on September 27.

Monitoring the Concours at Franschhoek is expected to generate ideas for improving the organisation of this year’s event at the Nairobi Racecourse.
