Beneficiaries of the Belhar-Pentech housing project will tomorrow, Wednesday 23 October 2019, receive their new State-subsidised Breaking New Ground homes.

The City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Human Settlements, Councillor Malusi Booi will officially hand over the keys to the new beneficiaries.

Tomorrow’s handover forms part of the City’s commitment to provide houses for qualifying beneficiaries who will be empowered as first-time property owners.
