‘This initiative seeks to make service delivery more accessible to our residents without them having to spend money and time on transport. The residents will have an opportunity to engage staff members about their municipal services, whether about an outstanding account or other services in the city. We are making service delivery as effortless as possible by bringing the service closer to the residents. I therefore encourage residents to please make use of this opportunity and remember to take their IDs or municipal accounts with them, to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
