Business robbery suspects sought, identikits released by the SAPS

KIMBERLEY – Police are requesting the community to assist them with information that may lead to the arrest of two suspects who allegedly robbed a tuck-shop in De Beers, Kimberley on 17 May 2019.

It is alleged that two suspects entered the shop at about 19:00 and demanded money at gun point from the victim who refused. The suspects hit the victim with the back of the firearm on the head and fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash and two cell phones.

Both suspects are african males believed to be in their thirties. One is light in complexion and medium build while the one is dark in complexion and slender.

Police appeal to the community; anyone who has any information about the incident or the whereabouts of the suspects is urged to contact Investigating Officer, Constable Rachel Moholwane on 071 686 0983 or 053 836 2600. All information received will be treated confidentially.
