Child injured by Israeli gunfire near Jenin

A Palestinian child was injured by Israeli gunfire today in the village of Faqqu’a, to the northeast of Jenin in the occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian security and local sources.

Qusai Murad Shehadeh, 15, was shot and injured in his leg by Israeli occupation soldiers as he approached the Israeli segregation barrier, which is adjacent to the village.

Israeli occupation soldiers usually do not hesitate to open fire at Palestinian civilians under the pretext of security, even when posing no danger to their lives.
