The Water and Sanitation Department will be completing construction work related to tees and valve installations on the water supply feeding the Llandudno water supply zone. The construction work will result in the disruption of the water supply on Wednesday 6 March 2019 from 21:00 until 04:00 the following morning.

The department will also be conducting pressure management in the Table View, Flamingo Vlei, West Riding, Parklands, Sunningdale and Bloubergrant areas. The construction work will result in the disruption of the water supply on Thursday 7 March 2019 between 10:00 and 14:00.

All taps should be kept closed during this period to prevent any water loss and/or damage when the water supply is restored. Residents are kindly requested to store water in clean, sealed containers for use during this period.

The City apologises for any inconvenience that may be caused while conducting these emergency repairs. It is nonetheless imperative that the City maintains the water supply in good condition to ensure good quality drinking water to its residents.
