The City of Cape Town’s Water and Sanitation Department will be upgrading the water infrastructure in the Kraaifontein area. Read more below:

The affected areas will include Uitzicht, Zoo Park, Peerless Park East, Peerless Park North, Peerless Park West, Scottsville, Joostenberg Vlakte, Windsor Estate, Windsor Park Estate, Goliath Estate, Bonnie Brae, Viking Village, Buhrain Estate and Avalon Estate.

Some areas will either experience low water pressure or no water supply.

Residents are kindly requested to store water in clean, sealed containers for use during this period.

It is advisable to keep all taps closed during this period to prevent any water loss and/or damage when the water supply is restored.

This essential work forms part of the City’s Water Infrastructure Upgrade Plan to improve the water supply pipeline to the area.

The City apologises for any inconvenience that may be caused.
