City takes health services to the community

Three City subcouncils (12, 18 & 19) have teamed up with City Health to conduct Health Awareness Outreaches, and bringing health services straight to the community.

On Tuesday, 12 April, similar events were held at the Freedom Park Hall in Tafelsig and the Ocean View Rasta Camp.

Residents could access a number of health services including Covid-19 vaccinations, Covid-19 and Tuberculosis screening, HIV testing, hypertension, glucose and cholesterol screening as well as family planning, Vitamin A and deworming, among others.
