Residents from Bellville, Chris Nissen Park, and Hangberg can look forward to the City of Cape Town’s mobile office visiting their areas in the upcoming week. This initiative focuses on providing customer services to communities that are far from municipal facilities such as cash, housing and subcouncil offices or FreeCall lines. Read more below:

The City’s customer service teams will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. To date, the mobile office team has been effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents. This way the City is bringing its services to the residents, and affording them the opportunity to enquire and to solve issues without having to spend time and money on transport.

The City encourages all residents to take advantage of this opportunity and to visit the mobile office. We aim to visit one area per day.

Future area visits will be communicated timeously.
