Residents from Ward 51 in Langa and Wards 108 and 114 in Mfuleni can look forward to the City of Cape Town’s mobile office visiting their areas next week. This initiative focuses on providing customer services to communities that are far from municipal facilities such as cash, housing and subcouncil offices or freecall lines.

The City’s customer service team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. To date, the mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents. This is how the City is taking its services to residents, and affording them the opportunity to not only make enquires but to solve their issues without having to spend time and money on transport.

The City encourages residents to take advantage of this opportunity and to visit the mobile office.
