Parliament� The Portfolio Committee on Communications will tomorrow (20 March 2018) be briefed by the Parliamentary Constitutional and Legal Services on the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) council chairperson, Mr Rubben Mohlaloga.

It will also be briefed by Icasa and the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) on their 2017/18 second quarter expenditure and performance reports.
