Community assistance required in tracing relatives

EASTERN CAPE – An urgent appeal is made to the community in tracing the relatives of a deceased male known as “Tshotsho”
On the 22 March 2020, the deceased was found under the bridge in Raglan Road Grahamstown where he lived. The post-mortem which was conducted indicated that he died of natural causes. An inquest docket was opened for investigation.
According to information received, the victim, a Foreign National arrived in Grahamstown a few years ago with a construction company and remained in Grahamstown when the company completed their job and left.
The deceased is estimated to be between late forties and early fifty years of age and is approximately about 1.65m in height and has a small built body structure.
He was dressed in a red and white golf shirt with a black leather jacket, a black and white buff/ beanie around his neck, and blue pants. He is wearing one red and one black shoe.
Fingerprints of the deceased were also taken and forwarded to our Forensic Science Department to establish an identity, however this was unsuccessful.
