Coronavirus case at Ermelo police station and Criminal Record and Crime Scene Management

All communities serviced by the Ermelo police station as well as the Criminal Record and Crime Scene Management are advised that the police station and the Unit are temporarily closed due to one administration member who tested positive for the Covid-19 virus today, 01 July 2020. The member frequented the two buildings as per her duties hence the closure.
The Community Service Centre will now be operated from the office of the Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit premises which are around the corner from the police station at De Clerq Street.
The community can in the interim call the following numbers for emergencies and complaints:

017-819 2712. In as far as the CR&CSM, Captains Conrad Mortlock can be reached at 0763003481 and Amos Maseko at 0795126032.
The telephone lines at Ermelo police station’s community service centre and CR&CSM will not be accessible for the duration of closure, however service delivery will not be hampered.
The buildings will be decontaminated and services will resume normally on Friday, 03 July 2020.
