Deputy Minister in The Presidency, Kenny Morolong will on Thursday, 29 June 2023, host a media engagement ahead of the District Development Model (DDM) Presidential Imbizo. The Imbizo is scheduled to take place on Friday, 30 June 2023 at Oqungweni Sport Field, Ladysmith in KwaZulu-Natal Province.

The engagement will amongst others, focus on the following:

Progress made in the implementation of District Development Model in KwaZulu-Natal Province.

State of readiness for the forthcoming DDM Imbizo in KwaZulu-Natal Province.

Service delivery challenges in and around Ladysmith, which the DDM imbizo seeks to address.
