Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa addresses Fedusa’s sixth National Congress

Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa will tomorrow, Friday 18 November 2016, address the 6th National Congress of the Federation of Unions of South Africa (FEDUSA) at Birchwood Conference Centre in Boksburg.

The Congress is organised around the theme “Decent Work for Decent Life For All”. In this regard, Deputy President Ramaphosa is expected to address the Congress on the topic: “Is South Africa a winning nation? The role of social partners in driving social transformation”.

The Deputy President will accordingly reflect on important role of all South Africans working together in implementing the National Development Plan (NDP) and the National Economic Development and Labour Council (NEDLAC) processes to propel inclusive growth and job creation.

The Congress is expected to be attended by among others the leadership of COSATU, NACTU, Business Unity South Africa (BUSA) and representatives of the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) Africa.
