ELLIOT – Detectives successfully arrested six suspects for several burglary cases. On 13 May 2020 from 08:00 until 20:00 Detectives from Elliot conducted an operation following information collected on previously reported cases.
The positive information was followed up and a breakthrough was made when members managed to recover electrical appliances ranging from Television sets, Keyboard player, Speakers, Amplifiers and Dvds all to the value of R32 000-00.
Six suspects aged between 19 and 32 were arrested. The suspects are linked to different cases of burglary residence and business. They are expected to appear in court on Friday 2020.
The investigation continues and more recoveries are expected soon.
The Cluster Commander, Colonel Matshediso Gezani commended the detectives on the breakthrough that will make a big impact on the burglary cases in town.
