Elandskraal SAPS Social Crime Prevention coordinator Sergeant Bapela in partnership with VEP and CPF members conducted a door to door campaign at Elandskraal Extension on Wednesday, 03 February 2021.
The following topics were addressed:
* Domestic violence, community members were further informed about the readily available professional services such as social workers
* Refrain from taking the law into their own hands
* Consequences of buying stolen goods
* Livestock owners were informed about the importance of brand marking and to look after their livestock at all times
* Compliance with the Disaster Management Act.
About 123 pamphlets on crime prevention hints were distributed.
