ELLIOTDALE – Police arrested a 39-year-old man for possession of unlicensed firearm and ammunition on Sunday 2020. The suspect was arrested at Nkanya Village, Elliotdale.
The firearm will be sent for ballistic testing to establish if it was used in the commission of crime around Elliotdale and the surrounding areas. The suspect will appear before the Elliotdale Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 18 May 2020 on charges of possession of unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
