Flagstaff Police investigating culpable homicide

On 22 December 2018 Flagstaff Police opened a case of culpable homicide following an accident involving a truck and eight vehicles on the R61 Road.

A total of fifteen people were injured including three males, ten females and two kids’ ages nine and four years. The injured people were taken to Holly Cross hospital for medical attention.

Two males passed on ages 25 and 28 years. The names of the deceased are still withheld until all relatives have been informed. Police investigation continues.
