Graaff-Reinet Police are investigating a case of culpable homicide. It is alleged that a white Toyota Quantum minibus taxi that had Ten (10) occupants lost control and rolled along N9 Road near Graaff-Reinet, direction Middleburg, on 06 February 2020 at about 05.00.

Two (2) females and a male all passed away at the scene while other seven (7) occupants were rushed to the hospital.

The cause of the accident is not known at the moment but is under the investigation Graaff- Reinet Police detectives. The identities of the deceased people are still being withheld until their next of kin are officially informed of their deaths.
