KING WILLIAMS TOWN – Police are appealing to members of the public to assist in locating a 36 year old Nonginkosi Steven Buthelezi also known as “Mzukisi or Patrick “. He was reported missing by friend as his family is in KwaZulu-Natal on 10 September 2019. His Vincent residence was found with doors wide open.
