Kathu Crime Prevention members arrest drug dealer

NORTHERN CAPE – During the early hours of Tuesday morning, 09 September 2020, Sgt Ben Eiman and Const Blythe Jantjes of Shift C of the Kathu Crime prevention unit followed up on information about an alleged drug dealer.
The duo searched a house in New Stands in the Mapoteng settlement, where they arrested a 35-year-old male suspect for dealing in drugs
Dagga and mandrax tablets with an estimated street value of R1500-00 and R320-00 in cash believed to the proceeds of the sale of the drugs were seized.
The suspect will soon appear in the Kathu Magistrates court.
