Limpopo police launch search operation for a missing elderly woman

Levubu: The police in Levubu around the Thohoyandou Cluster have launched a search operation since the disappearance of a 65-year-old woman, Munonokha Makwarela who resides at Tshakhuma Mitsindoni village. She was last seen by her son on Monday, 23 April 2018 around 17:00 at their home.

The victim who is medium seized build, light in complexion and has grey hair, was wearing a red dress with a green t-shirt without shoes at the time of her disappearance. She is also reported to be mentally challenged. Police efforts to locate her at friends and relatives bore fruitless results.

Police are making an appeal to anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact Levubu station communication officer Warrant Officer Solly Mukhola on 082 414 5859 or call the station on 015 583 7400. Alternatively, call Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or use the sms Crime Line 3221.
