Limpopo SAPS Provincial choir reaches out to community ahead of POLMUSCA

POLOKWANE – The SAPS Limpopo Provincial Choir conducted their annual social responsibility programme yesterday on Wednesday the 09 October 2019. This is part of the build-up projects for the upcoming National Polmusca Unity Festival to be held at Bloemfontein in the Free State province.

The event took place at Machavhawe village in the Makhado Cluster at the identified poverty stricken family which stays in an incomplete two roomed house whereby all seven family members reside including the toddlers. The choir has donated blankets, food parcels, laundry materials and cash for one of the kids to buy school shoes.

Musical items were rendered including prayers by the local Pastors. The event was graced by the presence of SAPS Mphephu Station Commander, Colonel Madavhu, SAPS Waterval Station Commander Lieutenant Colonel Maluleke, SAPS Makhado Social Crime Prevention members comprised of Lieutenant Colonel Mahafha, Captain Nkuna, Warrant Officer Ndlovu and the SAPS women network members from Mara and Waterval Police Stations.
