Mangaung police station closed due to COVID-19 related incident

Three more members tested positive for Covid-9 virus at Mangaung SAPS which led to the police station being closed again. The community serviced by Mangaung police station are advised that the police station will undergo decontamination and members will be subjected to necessary Covid-19 related protocols.
Any complaints and incidents can be reported to Heidedal, Kagisanong and Batho police stations. The telephone lines will not be functional at this stage and 10111 can be contacted for any emergencies and urgent complaints which needs to be attended by Mangaung Cluster Command Centre.
The building will be undergoing decontamination and the community will be informed once the station is operational again.
The Provincial Commissioner of the Free State, Lieutenant General Baile Motswenyane and management wishes to apologise for any inconvenience that may arise due to this closure.
