MEC Ramokgopa to honour health proffessionals

Gauteng MEC for Health, Dr Gwen Ramokgopa will on Thursday, 29 November 2018, honour health professionals who have gone beyond the call of duty at the Khanyisa Service Excellence Awards.

The awards will be conferred on individuals and health teams who have demonstrated a patient-centred approach, innovation and the spirit of Batho Pele in their work.

Gauteng hospitals and the district health services that have exceled in complying with national core standards will also be awarded. Amongst the categories to be conferred will be award for most efficient healthcare facility, most improved healthcare facility and best quality improvement project.
