ZWELITSHA – The Eastern Cape Provincial Commissioner, Lt Gen NL Mene will be conferring new ranks to four newly promoted senior managers who will be taking up posts at the provincial office and three districts within the Eastern Cape.

The following senior managers have been promoted to the rank of Major General with effect from 1 July 2022:

Brig TM Kupiso – Deputy Provincial Commissioner: Visible Policing

Brig PV Cetyana – District Commissioner: OR Tambo

Brig RG Adolph – District Commissioner: Chris Hani

Brig VV Ncata – District Commissioner: Nelson Mandela Bay
