PORT ELIZABETH – Police Minister, General Bheki Cele will tomorrow, Thursday 08 August 2019 return to the Northern areas in Port Elizabeth. This is the Minister’s follow up visit in the area following previous reports of incidents of gangsterism. Minister Cele’s return will see him receive an update on progress made to date by the deployed Anti-Gang Unit in addressing gang related killings and crime gripping communities. The Minister will also embark on a walkabout.
