GAUTENG – On Monday at about 13:00 the police were officially on duty around Pretoria west area.

When they were stopped by an unknown man indicating to the police three males have just robbed two females of their cellphones, the suspects were followed and were spotted at a shop at corner Servaas street and Shutte Street buying from the shop.

Police approached the suspects and search them, unlicensed firearm and two cellphones of the victims were recovered.

The three suspects are sixteen years of age (16) were arrested and detained at Pretoria West police station for armed robbery and possession of unlicensed firearm, all three will soon be appearing in the Pretoria magistrate court
