WESTERN CAPE – Wellington Police are requesting the assistance of the public to trace 46-year-old Michelle Estran, who has failed to report at Wellington SAPS in terms of an order issued by the Cape Town High Court. It is believed that she is accompanied by her three-year-old son. Estran is in breach of a court order in relation to an international child abduction case and a warrant of arrest has been issued for her.
