The Minister of Finance, Mr Enoch Godongwana, will deliver the keynote address at the Cities Support Programme’s 2023 Executive Leadership Programme (ELP) in Cape Town on Sunday, 14th of May 2023.

The event is aimed at bringing together senior political and administrative leaders from the country’s metros to engage under the theme “Navigating the storms: building capable and resilient cities” where leaders will discuss complex challenges and collaborative methods to improve service delivery within municipalities.

The programme combines inspirational, strategic, technical, relational and experiential elements and challenges leaders to be courageous, open, committed, innovative and create collaborative partnerships to drive urban reforms agenda which aim to transform city spaces to unlock their potential for inclusive economic growth. ..
