International Relations and Cooperation Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane is scheduled to visit the North-West Province on 21 to 22 July 2016 to take part in a belated Mandela Day event at the Emmanuel Disability and Old Age Centre in Jouberton, under the City of Matlosana Local Municipality, and to deliver a public lecture at the North-West University in Potchefstroom under the theme: “Reflections on the Value of Patriotism in Diplomacy”.
