DURBAN SAPS Montclair is appealing to members of the community for assistance in locating a missing person, Noluvuyo Mbizeni (35) who resides at Manzamyama informal Settlement. She was last seen on 14 December 2019 at 22.00 at Kwa-Dlamini tavern in Clairwood. She was wearing blue short trousers, pink takkies and a grey camouflage jacket.
