DURBAN Nkandla SAPS are appealing to the members of the community for assistance with regards to locating a missing person Njabulo Bongani Ngubane (18), residing at Ezintinini in Nkandla. He was last seen by his family on 05 October 2019 at his place of residence. He was wearing a blue denim, he has a Tattoo of stars on his neck and a scar on his forehead.
