DURBAN – Umlazi SAPS is appealing to the members of the community for assistance to locate Siyanda Terrance Dlamini (27) of C Section in Umlazi. His mother reportedly last saw him on 9 March 2020. He was wearing boxer shorts. He is tall and fair in complexion.
