Mthatha: A 22-year-old man was arrested by Ngangelizwe VISPOL after he was found operating an illegal shebeen at Waterfall Park today, 23 December 2018 at about 13h50. Several cases liquor were confiscated and he will appear before Mthatha Magistrate’s Court soon facing a charge of selling liquor without license
