EASTERN CAPE – Willowvale Regional Magistrate’s Court convicted and sentenced Sifiso Ntombi aged 22 to six (6) years imprisonment for the murder of a 01-year-old toddler named Akhanye Maxalanga.
The accused was sentenced on Tuesday, 04 August 2020 at Willowvale Regional Magistrate Court.
On 06 January 2018, the accused who was armed with a bush knife accosted the mother of the deceased at Mthonjeni Locality, Mhlahlane Village, Willowvale. He missed her and instead he killed the baby who was at the back of her mother.
