WINDHOEK: The Namibia Power Corporation ( NamPower ) Board on Tuesday announced that Ester Kali has resigned as its chairperson , effective 31 August 2024 , in line with regulatory requirements . In a media statement , the board stated that Minister of Finance and Public Enterprises , Iipumbu Shiimi appointed Clive Kavendjii as acting chairperson until a permanent successor is appointed . ' The NamPower Board and Management wholeheartedly appreciate the leadership and opportunity to have worked with Dr Kali and wish her all the best .
