An Inquest docket was registered after an unknown body of a man was found in one of the tanks at Thabong Sewerage Plant. Nobody has come forward to claim the deceased and police seeks the next of kin.

On the 9 September 2021 at about 13:00, the body of an unknown deceased African man was found in one of the tanks. The deceased could be 20 to 30 years old, was found wearing black jacket, black trouser, black half boots and had a grey Puma shoulder bag on his back.
