Hlanganani: The Police in Hlanganani are appealing to community members for assistance in locating a missing 12-year-old boy, Ndzawulo Mabasa, from Tiyani Village, Mdono Section. According to information received, the child was last seen on Sunday, 26 October 2025, when he left home, informing his aunt that he was going to a nearby barbershop for a haircut. However, he never returned home and has not been seen since.
According to South African Police Service, at the time of his disappearance, he was reportedly wearing black trousers and blue sandals. He is described as light in complexion and is known to have a tendency to dress in female clothing and display feminine behaviour.
A search operation was conducted around the village and surrounding areas, but the child could not be located. Police are continuing with efforts to trace his whereabouts.
