Police require public assistance to find a missing woman

POLOKWANE – The South African Police Service in Mahwelereng had launched a search operation for a missing woman, Lerato Agnes Ledwaba aged 22 from Gamadiba Village Block 3 in Mahwelereng. She is allegedly mentally challenged.

It is alleged that, she was last seen on Thursday, 26 November 2020 at about 05:00 in the morning when she was at home. She left without informing anyone where she was going and since then she never returned back home.

She is light skin in complexion, medium height and medium body and it was further alleged that she was also seen by one of the local taxi drivers at Mokopane during the day on 26 November 2020 carrying a big white traveling bag.

The police were notified on 26 November 2020 at about 10h30 and conducted search operations at relatives and friends without success.

The police search operations and investigations are still continuing.
