SAPS Bethelsdorp detectives are seeking the community’s assistance in tracing suspect/s who allegedly shot at people who were in their yard last night, 22/08 in Bethelsdorp.
According to police information at about 21:00, the three victims aged 28, 35 and 40-year-old were sitting and socialising in the yard in Lentoor Street in Arcadia when shots were fired at them. All three sustained gunshot wounds. The 40-year-old sustained a gunshot wound in his upper leg while the 35-year-old sustained 3 gunshot wounds to her left arm. The 28-year-old sustained a gunshot wound to his groin.
All the victims were taken to hospital for treatment. A case of attempted murder is under investigation. Suspects and motive are unknown at this stage.
