The Honourable Mr Justice B H Mbha of the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein has been appointed to act as a Judge of the Constitutional Court for the period 1 August 2016 to 15 December 2016, in the place of Madam Justice B E Nkabinde who will be acting as Deputy Chief Justice during that period.

The Honourable Mr Justice C J Musi of the Free State Division of the High Court in Bloemfontein has been appointed to act as a Judge of the Constitutional Court for the period 1 August 2016 to 15 December 2016, in the vacancy created by the retirement of Mr Justice J V Van der Westhuizen.
