Pressure management scheduled for Table View and Durbanville areas

The City of Cape Town’s Water and Sanitation Department will be conducting pressure management operations in the Table View, Durbanville and surrounding areas this week.

The City would like to alert residents of Table View, Durbanville and surrounds, that pressure management infrastructure will be installed in their respective areas over the coming week. This could result in low pressure and intermittent supply while this work is underway.

Residents of Table View, Parklands, Flamingo Vlei, Bloubergrant, West Riding and Sunridge are advised that teams will be working in their areas on Wednesday 15 May 2019, between the hours of 10:00 to 15:00 and from 20:00 to 00:00. Work will be carried out again on Thursday 16 May 2019, during the same times.

Work affecting the Durbanville, Brentwood Park, Durmonte, Vierlanden and Halali areas will be undertaken on Thursday16 May 2019, between the hours of 19:00 and 00:00.

The City advises residents that all taps should be kept closed during this period to prevent any water loss and/or damage in the event that water supply is restored unexpectedly. Residents are kindly requested to store water in clean, sealed containers for use during this period.

The City apologises for any inconvenience that may be caused.
