KwaMsane SAPS is appealing to members of the community to assist in locating the relatives of the man in the attached picture. On 28 January 2019, police received a report from the community of Shikishela reporting an unknown man roaming in the area. The police responded and discovered that he cannot speak and was kept at the police station since then.
