Release of the Current Acount of the Balance of Payments

The statistical release of the Current Account of the Balance of Payments for the first quarter 2023, will be released on Thursday, 8 June 2023 at 11:00am.

Members of the media who would like to have access to the data, under embargo, ahead of its publication on the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) website are requested to send letters from their editors stating their request and that they will observe the embargo. The strictly embargoed content will be sent to those media delegates at 09:00. The embargo lifts at 11:00.
